Where do you ship from?
All our wonderful products are shipped from our warehouse located at 696 Birch Street, El Paso, US 79922.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your treasures to you safely:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 days after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Free Shipping: For orders totaling $50 or more, we offer free shipping via EMS! Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after shipment.
Please note: Order processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship worldwide?
We proudly ship globally! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to certain parts of Asia and a few remote regions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. After that, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method: 10-15 days for Standard Shipping or 15-25 days for Free Shipping (EMS).
