However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be a perfect fit for your space. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be as warm and hassle-free as your shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide your order details and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Home and Health products (for hygienic reasons).
  • Outdoor Fabric by the Yard (as it is a custom-cut item).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts, or is used for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

We make rare exceptions for items damaged during shipping or if we sent the incorrect item. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
