We carefully handpick and package your order with love, aiming to dispatch it from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve you better:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays, especially for international orders. We currently ship worldwide, with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote locations.

Our Warm & Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with every item. If something doesn’t fit your space or meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed with your comfort in mind.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided at the bottom of this page to ensure you include all necessary details.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused and undamaged item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Home and Health products (for hygienic reasons).
  • Outdoor Fabric by the Yard (as it is a custom-cut item).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts, or has been used for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

We make rare exceptions for items damaged during shipping or if we sent the incorrect item. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
