We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.3. Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote locations. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.4. Delivery Delays

While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, these are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.

4.6. Receipt of Order

You are responsible for inspecting your products upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

5.1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for health, safety, or custom nature reasons:

• Home and Health products (for hygienic reasons)
• Outdoor Fabric by the Yard (as it is custom-cut)
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
• Gift cards and downloadable products

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for approval and a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging with all tags attached
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
5. Ship the return to the address we provide using a trackable method

Please do not ship returns without an RMA number.

5.4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
• For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs to send your new item
